Welcome to KERAMIKA. Here you will find any relevant information about terms and condition when shopping at keramika-unique.com
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
When purchasing products on keramika-unique.com you must fill on your personal information such as name, address, and payment information. Note, that a purchase made on keramika-unique.com is not binding until we have accepted your purchase. You will receive a confirmation on your order via e-mail. Please note that this is not the final order confirmation.
The order is not accepted until it is approved and the items registered in our stock. You will then receive an order and shipping confirmation.

PAYMENT
At KERAMIKA you can pay PayPal.
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE
keramika-unique.com ships worldwide. All consignments to foreign countries, you choose the delivery method and the costs will appear from the order confirmation before you pay.
DAMAGED PARCELS?
The goods are insured in transit and we kindly ask you to check the content of the parcel upon receipt. If the parcel and/or the content are damaged upon receipt, please let us know within 24 hours after receipt so we can get the item cost refunded. We are responsible for goods, which have been damaged in transit. We will kindly replace the item or return the cost of the item is no longer in stock.
TIME OF DELIVERY
If you order before 12 AM we will send your order the same day.
Guidelines regarding times of delivery.
CROATIA : 6 EUR, within 2 to 5 days
Slovenia: 10 EUR, within 3 to 5 days
EU countries: 15 EUR, within 3 to 5 days
other European countries: 20 EUR, within 7 to 10 days
USA and the rest of the world : 30 EUR, within 10 to 25 days
RETURN POLICY
You have the possibility to return or exchange your order within 30 days after purchase. The original invoice must be included. Your return parcel can be sent or returned to our shop at the following address:

Please note that we expect the products to be returned in the same state as when they where purchased. Any used, damaged goods or products that show signs of wear and use will not be accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the goods are in the same condition as when purchased. If your order is damaged upon delivery to you, please contact us at keramika-unique.com as soon as noticed. When we receive your parcel and the items are approved we will return the order amount to your account or gift card used for the purchase.
Items of a certain size or fragility picked up in our shop at REISNEROVA 129, 31 000 OSIJEK must be personally delivered in the shop as well.
WANT TO RETURN A GIFT?
If you have received a gift, which has been bought from KERAMIKA and you wish to return the product we can exchange it for another product of the equivalent value. The gift cannot be exchanged for cash.
Products purchased in our physical shop in OSIJEK, can be returned within 30 days and exchanged for another product or a gift card, no refund.
Sale items can’t be returned or refunded. If there is a manufacturing problem please contact the company which produced the product.
Classes bought at KERAMIKA can be refunded within 24hours of purchase, after that the booking and payment is binding.

Pursuant to Section 77 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act ,established by the National Consumer Agency of Croatia. Complaints can be made in accordance with the rules established by the Cratia Sale of Goods Act., the Customer may unilaterally terminate the Contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the goods to the Buyer without giving reasons.
The User is not entitled to unilateral termination of the Contract if his service is fully fulfilled, and the fulfillment started with his explicit prior consent and with his confirmation that he is aware that he will lose the right to unilaterally terminate the Contract if his service is fully fulfilled.
In accordance with Article 77, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, the user is responsible for any impairment of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except for that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. For another product of your choice in the value of the returned product or greater at a surcharge or make a refund. This rule does not apply to articles that have been made according to the wishes, measures, or any other requirements from the buyer.
The refund will be made in the same way that the customer made the payment. In the event that the user agrees otherwise to the refund, he / she does not bear any costs in relation to the refund. Refunds may be made by KERAMIKA only after the goods have been returned or after proof has been sent that the goods have been sent back.
The direct cost of returning the goods must be borne by the user himself. The user prays to call +385 374 153 or via e mail info@keramika-unique.com before terminating the Agreement to explain the procedure for returning the goods.

We offer a one-year warranty period on all items starting from the day the item is picked up.
