If products are available immediately delivery will be made the same working day upon receipt of the order. Ordered products are packed in such a way that they are not damaged during normal handling. If the goods are not available, the Seller will inform the buyer (in writing or by telephone) of the possible delivery time. The buyer can then accept the new delivery time or cancel the order. The buyer is obliged to check for any defects when picking up the goods and to immediately advertise them to the supplier who delivered the goods, or refuse to take over the consignment showing any external damage. Seller disclaims all liability for damage that may occur during delivery. If the buyer does not receive the goods, or the delivery notice, after it has been shipped, within the expected time, the buyer has the right to notify the seller in order to take action to find the shipment or to send a replacement. If the buyer refuses to receive the goods ordered by the seller, he is entitled to claim from the buyer reimbursement of all costs associated with the delivery.
